Instructions for cancellation and cancellation form

Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation under the following conditions, where consumer is any individual who enters into a transaction for purposes which can be attributed primarily to neither their commercial nor independent professional activity:

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen (14) days from the date on which you take, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes, possession of all goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, please notify us (TARGA GmbH, Coesterweg 45, 59494 Soest, Germany, tel.: (+49-2921) 891-3000, fax: (+49-2921) 380-3890, e-mail: widerruf@targa.de) of your decision to cancel this contract within a unique declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can optionally use the sample cancellation form found below.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send notification regarding your exercising of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and not later than fourteen (14) days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. For repayment we use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstance will you be charged fees for such repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods promptly and, in any case, no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which you have informed us about the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before expiry of the cancellation period of fourteen (14) days.

You are responsible for paying the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
